Connecting with the HEART - 45 Min.

In this session, we explored the concept of identity change in habit formation, reflecting on what it truly means to be a yogi, both traditionally and in modern life. The yoga practice focused on connecting with the heart and lower belly through mindful movements and breathwork, emphasizing fluidity and relaxation. Participants were guided through poses, breathing exercises, and meditation designed to deepen self-awareness, release tension, and promote a sense of inner peace and balance.
