I’d love to invite you to a free 15 to 20-minute call! This is a wonderful opportunity for us to connect, discuss your goals, and see how we can work together to find the perfect fit for you. It’s also a great way to get to know each other and address any questions you might have before starting classes.
If you're considering private sessions, I highly recommend this chat! Before our call, please fill out this form so I can learn a little about you and your background. You’ll find the form included in the confirmation email if you prefer to complete it later. Looking forward to our conversation!

You can find the duration of the recorded classes in the description.
Private sessions are 60 minutes long.
What do I need for the class?
You’ll need a device with Zoom installed, equipped with a working camera and microphone. Create a comfortable indoor space for your practice (feel free to check out this video for tips on setting up your at-home yoga space if you'd like [link]).
Be sure to have your personal yoga essentials: comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and your favorite cushion and blanket.
Optional items include additional props like a belt, bolster, extra blanket, blocks, or a chair—these can enhance your experience but are not required.
