In this session, we will explore the Ashramas, the four stages of life according to Vedic tradition, and how this approach connects with Viniyoga to personalize the practice based on our needs and life circumstances. We will reflect on how yoga can support us through each phase of life, adapting to our individual abilities and goals.
The practice will focus on unlocking and releasing the hip area through dynamic exercises designed to improve mobility, release accumulated tension, and foster a sense of openness and well-being throughout the body.
