Lower Back Pain Relief - 55 Min.

In this class, I will guide you through a practice designed to alleviate lower back and joint pain that can intensify with the winter cold, especially in the kidney area. We will use simple tools such as a belt or scarf, a wall, and, if you wish, a bolster or cushion. We will begin with a preparatory sequence supported on the knees and conclude with a deep relaxation. Throughout the practice, we will emphasize the importance of conscious breathing and your own motivation as an essential driving force for well-being.
