Pranayama: Energy, Balance, and Calm - 30 Min.

In this session, we delved into pranayama as an essential tool for balancing vital energy, strengthening the nervous system, and cultivating a state of calm and mental clarity. We explored different pranayama techniques (energizing, balancing, and calming) and practiced key methods such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Nadi Shodana, and Bhramari, integrating mudras to enhance their effects. The class included a guided breathing and meditation practice to help internalize the benefits and develop conscious, expansive breathing.
