In this yoga class, I focused on the importance of creating healthy and mindful habits that help transform both our practice and our daily life. I talked about the concept of "abhyasa" (habit), highlighting its relevance for maintaining a consistent practice.
The class was centered on releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, using specific postures and breathing techniques to allow for a deeper connection with the body.
