Restorative Session - 60 Min.

In this restorative yoga class, I begin by explaining the benefits of the practice and how it differs from dynamic yoga. We focus the session on holding poses for longer periods, using simple props to facilitate the experience. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and promote deep relaxation, especially useful in times of stress. We conclude with the motto 'stop doing and let it be done,' which reflects the essence of this practice.
