Return to the Body - 50 Min.

In this class, I explore the concept of the earth element in yoga and its importance in balancing the body and mind. The main intention is to observe without reacting, adopting a mental posture of the observer to balance this element. During the practice, we focus on activating the extremities, lengthening the exhalation, and cultivating mindfulness, especially during the winter season.
