Simplicity and Inner Space - 30 Min.

In this yoga class, I focused on the three gunas and their importance in balancing our energy. I guided a practice that combined yoga poses, breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation, all designed to restore balance after travel or family gatherings. Throughout the class, I emphasized the connection between the body, mind, and breath, highlighting how these practices help us achieve a state of harmony and mental clarity.
