In this session, Yoga for Clarity and Lightness, we explore how to bring spaciousness and calm to the mind through smooth, conscious breathing. The practice combines gentle movements, mudras, and breath awareness to awaken energy and lighten the body, leading naturally into meditation.
A special pranayama exercise is introduced to cultivate the qualities of smoothness and spaciousness in the exhalation — this technique can also be practiced on its own, which is why I’ve created a separate video for you to use whenever you wish to focus solely on the breathing practice.
